Everyone has the opportunity to vote. Every citizen, every man, woman, black, white, Christian, Jew, lunatics and felons has the right to vote. Prisons and insane asylums have voting booths, as there is a history of corrupt leaders sticking opponents and other problematic rabble-rousers in prisons and insane asylums. No longer will political leaders control their own election and re-election by blocking, denying, or refusing voting abilities or rights. Everyone gets to vote, no questions.
Everyone receives a receipt when they vote. You get a receipt when you take out or put money into an ATM. You even get a receipt when you buy a single doughnut, but not when you vote. Every receipt has a number on it that you can check online or in person to make sure it is accurate and counted.

Other than their weekly government paycheck, no elected public servant may accept any form of payment from anyone, ever, in any way, shape, or form. Making political contributions, whether giving or receiving, is a felony.
Taxing income is illegal. Government shall get all funds from sales tax.
Prisons will no longer be for profit operations. All prisons will be turned into farms where prisoners grow their own food and factories where they make their own clothes. Prisons and prisoners, are self-sufficient and no burden upon the taxpayer whatsoever. Sociopaths to work for a living. Non-violent criminals will not go to prison, punishment should directly involve a combined approach of education and work towards the victim of the crime.
In order to guarantee separation of church and state, religion shall be a mandatory elementary school course that teaches the religions of the world, not as dogma but as simple facts. Judaism is a religion with X amount of followers who believe Y, Christianity is a religion with X amount of followers who believe Y, etc. Teach every faith equally and let kids decide for themselves which one to follow.
Supreme court appointments are for four years and they're out of there.
